Direct Primary Care Legislation Passes in the Sunshine State Just in Time for the Growth of No-Claims Healthcare™
May 08, 2018 – Orlando, FL – Healthcare2U’s new physician partnership in Orlando, Florida adds three new clinics to their national proprietary Private Physician Network (PPN)™. This expansion follows the passing of House Bill 37 by Florida Governor, Rick Scott. House Bill 37 claims that since Direct Primary Care is not health insurance, providers are not required to be regulated as an insurance company. This approved legislation encouraged Healthcare2U to expand its No-Claims Healthcare™ coverage to more employers and employees in the Florida market.
