Our Patient Services have access to every member’s information, such as underlying insurance coverage and up to date Healthcare2U medical history, that is housed in our cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant proprietary database. With this history, our certified bilingual Medical Assistants guide the member through their primary care options towards affordable and convenient care that fits their desires and medical needs. As a concierge service, we even make the appointment for the members and relay any important information. The Patient Service’s team also acts as a front end to partnering health plans by guiding members through their underlying insurance options, lowering healthcare expenses.

Healthcare2U’s membership contains an employer’s healthcare expenses. For every service performed within the Healthcare2U direct primary care environment, there is not a claim generated against your company’s health plan.

By eliminating barriers such as limited or restricted access to primary care, members are encouraged to actively participate in their health.
