Is this health insurance?

No, Healthcare2U is a membership-based, Direct Primary Care services arrangement for participating businesses, employees and individuals. 

Does Healthcare2U cover hospital care, X-rays, specialty care or medication?

Healthcare2U’s Direct Primary Care services do not include inpatient or outpatient hospital services. Some Healthcare2U patients may be eligible for  include discounts on diabetic supplies and prescriptions as well as imaging including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans and ultrasounds. 

If I have any preexisting condition like diabetes or hypertension, can I still sign up?

Yes, Healthcare2U accepts and treats pre-existing conditions.

If I have Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare, can I still enroll with Healthcare2U?

No, unfortunately we cannot accept these patients due to insurers’ rules.

How does Healthcare2U work with commercial health insurance like United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Aetna or others?

Healthcare2U is a great complement to traditional insurance healthcare plans.

Is there a limit on the number of times members can see a doctor?

No, there is no limit on doctor visits at a Healthcare2U medical clinic. Members pay just $10 as a visit fee for each appointment.

Can Healthcare2U treat any medical condition?

Healthcare2U clinics can treat many medical conditions including certain chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension. There may be times when patients will need to be referred to a specialist. Specialist care is not covered under the Healthcare2U medical services agreement.
