Al Gaston

Albert Gaston joined the Healthcare2U team as its CFO/COO to sustain and accelerate the impressive growth already enjoyed by the company. Al is a successful Senior Financial Executive with extensive business acumen and experience implementing practical strategies for organization success. Throughout his career, he has delivered improved efficiencies and increased team productivity and growth.

Al’s passion is helping others succeed and guiding teams to demonstrable results that stand the test of time. He is an excellent communicator and teacher, believing that objectivity and candor attain desired goals. His approach for solutions and advancement includes strategic planning, tactical execution, and organizational development. He has long recognized that pace and balance within a team are vital aspects to maintain for the lasting success of an organization.

Al has over 40 years of practical experience beginning as a Certified Public Accountant at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell before moving to positions in industry. He has served in both public and private enterprises in positions ranging from Controller to CFO, COO, and CEO. Some of Al’s past teams include Schlumberger, Tom’s Foods, and Atlantic International Food Group.

Al is a graduate of Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
